PCD point drills
These are PCD drills for drilling pilot holes in hard brittle materials such as ceramics and quartz glass.
As these drills are for position-controlled drilling jobs on hard brittle materials, they are made of PCD, which is a type of sintered diamond that has superb abrasion resistance.
While the simultaneously released PCD multi-angle drills alone can handle high-precision machining jobs, the additional use of PCD point drills will improve the hole-positioning precision and allow for more stable job execution.
The standard edge diameters are between φ0.3 and φ3.0 mm.
